Payment We accept any form of VISA, MasterCard and Discover branded cards. Please contact us for addition payment options. We do not accept COD's, Layaway Plans or Money Orders. Important information about payment For security purposes, we require that the billing information provided match that of the cardholder. Protection of your payment information We implement very rigorous security policies to assure that your payment information remains private. When entering your credit card or check information, the communications between your computer and our payment processor are completely secure using 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. This process scrambles your information as it travels across the Internet so that it can be deciphered only by the intended recipient. This method is the standard in secure communications for the Internet. Once your payment has been received, your credit card information is held for a period of three months to enable returns to be dealt with as required. While we hold your information we store it securely on a private and secure database server that is protected behind a state of the art firewall on a separate network not attached to the Internet. The actual credit card information is encrypted while stored on this server to assure that even in the extraordinarily unlikely event that security were to be compromised, the credit card or check information would be useless to anyone trying to gain access. Sales Tax Our shipping facility is located in Volusia County in the state of Florida. Laws require that we charge sales tax (6.5%) on orders shipped to addresses in Florida. Sales tax is calculated from the total of the merchandise purchased. Sales tax will also be charged for any shipping costs. Returns & Exchanges Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. All merchandise must be in original condition, including tags and labels (garments cannot be returned if worn). Shipping charges are not included in the refunded price.
